Hi,
I’m having an issue with my Canon i-SENSYS X C1538P II. Every time I send a document to print, an orange light flashes and I have to manually confirm the paper size (A4 or A5) on the printer before it starts.
The trays are set correctly:
Multi-purpose tray: A4 Normal 2
Cassette 1: A5 Normal 2
I installed the official Generic Plus UFR II driver (V3.20) and checked the print settings on my PC, but the problem continues.
Is there a way to make the printer detect the paper size automatically and skip this step?
Thanks in advance!
