MF445dw
MacOS 11.4 Big Sur
Canon driver 4.17.0
In an application's Print dialog after selecting Layout, the Two-Sided menu is grayed (disabled) showing "Off". And despite it showing "Off," printing is 2-sided. So, how do I turn 2-sided printing really off when I want to (but not permanently off)?
SOLUTION: Don't select Layout; select Finishing, which is in a Canon-specific section of the Print dialog pane drop-down that is below the menu section containing Layout.

Greetings,
Hopefully, a dedicated MAC user with a same or similar model MF can assist. I'm only using PC and don't have my MF installed on any of my MACs. Sorry.

No help here, and phone tech support wait time "greater than 30 minutes."
I have to be able to print single-sided. I guess I can still return it to Amazon.
