Earlier KB articles suggest that using older drivers with a newer OS can be the cause for these errors.

Are using using the latest OS Catalina drivers for your device?

There are drivers dated 1/6/2020 available.

MP Drivers v10.11.3 and Scanner Drivers v2.15.1
