OS: Windows 10
Printer: MX920
printer was installed on 3 laptops. All printers worked for a period of time.
One laptop will no longer print. Error message: Error printing on MX920 Series Printer. The printer couldnt print xxx.
On printer queue: Status starts as "printing" and then changes to 'Printer not responding".
I have tried deleting and re-installing the printer drivers as well as stopping/restarting the printer queue. Nothing has worked on this one laptop.
Suggestions?

Hello.
Check to make sure that the laptop is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer and your other devices.
Also, temporarily disable any firewall or anti-spyware programs on the computer to see if this will allow the unit to print.
