We replaced printer cartridges recently and now our printer is making a horrible grinding noise. I have searched the forums and followed the usual trouble shooting guidance (paper jam, removed and replacing cartridges, etc). Still grinding after all these steps.
Canon, is there a fix for this issue? Or do I need to call the 1-800 support line?
