My MF8350Cdn printer does not scan with Windows 10. It prints but does not scan. It scans with an old computer using XP but does not scan with an alternative Windows 10 machine. I have deleted old drivers and re-installed the new. This gives me a single scan session but then it stops working again. I have called the Canon help line and they have stepped me through deleting old drivers and re-installing new - again this gives me a single scan session and then it stops working again. Canon call centre have refused to offer any further help saying it is a problem with Windows. Given it affects two different machines with Windows 10, but not an XP machine it suggests to me it is Canon's problem. Hopefully Canon realise this and are able to offer a solution soon?
