MF743Cdw Not printing what I see on Screen

I'm working on a Mac with current software. The program doesn't seem to matter (Pages, PDF's, Calendar...) all have issues printing what I see on screen. It slightly changes the format so the shading within a cell varies in color once it encounters text. It doesn't print the very small lines that are on my Calender views. We used to call this WYSIWYG (pronounced wizzy-wig...what you see is what you get).

I even went so far as to turn the Pages doc into a pdf and it still won't print correctly. No issues on HP printer.

I've updated to the latest drivers but not sure how to fix the issue. Any ideas...?

Hi xliver,

Make a copy that contains colors and line from the printer's operation panel. If it does not print out correctly, please check volume of toner on the cartridges:
https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3547-zz-SSM-740-enUS/contents/devu-mainte-consumables_remain.html#101...

If you have plenty of toner for each color, try the following:

Correcting "Print Color Mismatch"
https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3547-zz-SSM-740-enUS/contents/devu-mainte-ajst_imaqua-colormis.html
Geniune Toner Cartridges are recommend for this procedure.

Print a test page from the imageCLASS (driver downloaded from Canon USA Drivers & Download website). If the test page prints properly, please ensure the correct driver is being selected and any color adjust are being done in the driver.

The Color imageCLASS is not a photo printer and the colors will not be exact.
