MF743Cdw All-in-One - USB3?

After setting up the printer, I got a little message indicating that the printer would work better with a USB3 cable.

1. Can the above-named printer connect using a USB3 cable?

2. If yes, does it really make a difference when compared to USB2?

What application generated the message?

In the User Manual, I only see references to USB 2.0 and thus connecting it to a higher-speed port wouldn't offer any benefits.
