I have a paperjam that is at the very end just before it throws the paper out into the tray. Opening the backside of the printer you cannot get to the paper though you can see it through the housing on the backend that is not easily removable. This printer was purchased in December 2020 so how do I get this fixed?

If you are unable to access the jammed paper, you can try removing all of the toner cartridges using the steps in the link HERE. If you are unable to remove the jam once the toner is out, it would mean the printer needs service. You can check your service options by logging into your My Canon account using the link HERE. You can also reach support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with the jam issue and provide service options if needed.
