After I purchased my new MF741Cdw, I set it up and was able to print wirelessly from my computer and my phone. However, I moved the printer being careful not to damage or anything and now it will not print at all.
Prior to moving I did not download any drivers or software because my laptop does not have a CD drive. I have installed all drivers and software linked to the printer and still am not able to print. I just keep getting a message that there was an error in printing.
I also purchased a A to B USB cable and it still will not print.
Any help is appreciated.
