As the subject says, the pages feed, but nothing appears on the page when it prints. This happens no matter the hardware printing from, copy function, and all cleaning functions all present the same problem. I can not find any help documentation on this anywhere.

Hello,
If your prints and copies are completely blank, I would suggest reseating the toner cartridges. Once removed, you can check for any remaining packing material and then you can gently shake the toner from side to side to make sure the toner is evenly distributed.
If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the toner needs to be replaced or the printer needs service. You can check your service options by logging into your MyCanon account or contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
