Printing Cardstock paper Imageclass MF656Cdw

Hello,

I'm having trouble printing a card stock paper for my invitations. I have changed the settings on the printer, but still cannot print. The printer is Color Imageclass MF656CDw. The card stock paper is 110 LB and 300

What do you mean "Cannot print"?  Won't feed into/through the machine?  Ink problem?  Be more specific, please.

Card stock  known as 110 lb. is a type called "Index" paper. It is thick and very stiff.  100 or 110 lb. cover, same thing. It is far outside what the Specs say this printer can handle.  If the 300 number is the gsm (grams per square meter), that's also a bad sign.

The printer only handles up to 73 lb paper based on the information provided by my colleague.  Canon recommends printing from the main paper tray for heavier papers
