MF733CDW Magenta Dots Down Right Side of Paper

I have the same issue as in this thread:

Except my is occuring down the right side of the paper. I tried the solutions offered in the other thread (shaking the toner, running cleaning routines on the fixer) and none of them helped. Could it just be a defective toner cartridge?

If you haven't yet done so, try also cleaning the transfer belt.
