Hi everyone
I have a MF634Cdw printer that has been working great up until recently.
When the screen is off, and I wish to start a copy or scan, I cannot get the screen to "wake up" so that I can tap my function shortcuts.
If I press the volume button on the lower left side, the screen will turn on.
Once the screen is on, I cannot tap my function shortcuts. The screen is not responding.
I tried powering the printer off, as well as unplugging it from the wall for several minutes. No luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
