MF445DW Printer will not scan to my email and keeps logging me out on the device.

I have looked at multiple links trying to figure out what is going wrong with my printer. Everything else functions fine. Connects to phone to print and everything etc. It stopped letting me scan to my email about a week ago and I don't know why. It keeps giving me error code 839 and I simply cannot figure it out. I've changed user settings on the printer so everything would be connected to my email address instead of my coworkers. 

 

I've looked into these links and I still cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

I also cannot find why it keeps auto logging me out on the printer. Please help.

Greetings,

For security, you cannot stay logged into the printer indefinitely.  I do not know what the timing is, but after a period of inactivity (like 15 min) maybe less, you would be logged out.

A user name and password that are used for SMTP authentication are not set correctly.
Set the user name and password correctly.
