MF416DW scan issues

MF416DW on WiFi. The printer IP address is Static. I can print to it fine through WiFi but when I go to the glass and select scan>computer, it says "connect the computer". When I had it setup RJ45 it saw the computer fine, but not now? I have tried the scan utility on my computer but get an error code: 255,0,0.
