MF244DW connected to network but not printing

My MF244DW has unexpectedly ceased printing. It is linked to the router and displays a blue light. However, when attempting to print from my MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14.1.2) or iPhone, both devices indicate that the printer is offline. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by power cycling and refreshing all network settings on the printer, there has been no success.

Please provide guidance on identifying the issue and suggest steps to resolve it. This disruption is impacting my work significantly.

Hello,

If you are getting an offline message from your iOS device and your Mac, you can try reselecting your SSID and entering the password using the button panel on the printer. You can use the steps in the link HERE to perform that setup. Once it has reconnected, you can try adding the printer from printers and scanners on the Mac to see if it appears or if you are able to print from your iOS device.

If you continue to have issues, I would suggest contacting Canon support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check the network connections to see what is going on.
