My Maxify MB2720 will only print partial of the black ink, leaving lines randomly throughout a document. All of the ink cartridges are full and I have tried all of the troubleshooting on the printer itself (cleaning, deep cleaning, head alignment, roller cleaning and bottom plate cleaning all with no better results. I have also made sure that the drives and software are up to date. What else, if anything is left to do? Is there a replacement part that I should get?
