My ADF scan to PC from the printer, the PC or the mobile app always starts, immediately feeds 1 and one half pages in rapid succession and pauses. It then fails with "Document in ADF. Close the feeder cover and tap [OK] to eject document." Finally, the destination PC fails the scan job with a dialog containing Code: 2,157,50

Hello.
For testing purposes, try performing a copy directly from the unit itself. Does the same issue occur when copies are performed?
