We can barely see anything in your photo.  Printer is turned on and another light in on, flashing????  We cannot tell.  Error message displaying on the LCD???  Have you shut the machine off, unplugged it for a few minutes, tried reconnecting to power and tuning it back on?

Please provide more information.
