The last 3 2720s I had pulled envelopes from drawer #1 and plain paper from drawer #2. The printer is set up in that fashion. The computer is Windows 11 and in the setup for that the paper source cassette is on auto select. If I put envelopes in #1, it will print whatever I had ready to come out on paper from #2 on the envelopes. Canon service says the printer is doing what it's being told to do. I would like to get back to envelopes in #1 and paper in #2 and do my work. Any help, anyone? Thanks
