My GX6021 has less than 1600 sheets printed. It has worked great. But now it has stopped printing in color. I access the printer via Wi-Fi and the results have been the same regardless of originating computer, operating system or app used.
I have rebooted and run deep clean about four times and it still comes up without color. I checked the support chat bot and it has not information on cleaning heads.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
If the color is not printing at all, you can try one or two deep cleanings. If you print a nozzle check and the color portion is still blank, it looks like there might be air in the color ink lines and you can try performing a color only ink flush to clear any air from the color ink lines.
If you continue to have problems printing in color, it looks like the printer might need service. In this situation, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. They would be happy to assist with checking the hardware and can provide any service options.
