For some reason the magenta (red) cartridge on my LBP622Cdw will not print. All the other cartridges print just fine. I've tried several different cartridges and none will work. The printer will read it and it still shows it's at 100%. I've even gone so far as to switch out the small toner circuit chip with the yellow cartridge and the red works fine in the yellow slot while the yellow doesn't print. It's not a cartridge issue. It's just an issue with the red toner slot not working. Any idea on what would cause this?
