I bought this printer for my small business less than 2 months ago. It gave me a low toner warning on the black cartridge a few weeks ago and, no matter what I did, it would not allow me to print with the remaining 20%. I purchased a new cartridge (non-canon) and it doesn't recognize it. I don't care if the quality isn't the same. I want to use it. How do I bypass it to make it work?
