When I send multiple jobs to the printer, all jobs pass through the queue, but the printer only prints one of them. I have updated Windows 10 and updated the printer drivers. Nothing seems to work. Oh, I am connected directly to the computer via USB cable.

1. How long and old is the USB Cable?
2. Is the printer connected directly to the USB port of the computer?
3. Is an antivirus program running in the background?
4. Does it happen with more than on program in Windows 10?
5. Does any error message appear on the printer?
6. Can you print multiple pages when making copies from the operational panel?
Please try the following:
1. Turn off the printer using the power button.
2. Shutdown the computer.
3. Disonnect the USB cable from the computer and printer.
4. Reconnect the USB cable to the printer and computer.
5. Turn on the printer then computer.
6. Once computer is completely rebooted, please printing again.

Actually I fixed the problem. The drivers were default drivers from Microsoft. Once I downloaded the drivers from Canon, the problem went away.
