Imageclass D1150 Lost System ID

Hi -- 

We have the imageClass D1150.  Had the system ID and password stuck to the side of the unit with a post-it note. :).  The post-it note is gone.  Is there a way to reset the unit to factory defaults without the master login?  

I tried to call the support number and they directed me to this site for assistance.  

Please advise.

Resetting the printer to factory defaults requires the admin login, and resetting the admin login is only available by phone.  Since this model is outside of service life, and phone-based support is no longer available, we're unable to help with such a reset.
