When I print on my large format printer, my black and white have a color hue in them. I can print only using colors. In my printer preferences it does not allow me to print in grayscale. Does anyone have feedback on how I can print pen and ink drawings without any color hue?
Thank you

Hi mwhirt,
There are settings available that would allow you to print without a color hue. Without knowing the operating system or program that you are printing from, it would be difficult to recommend a solution.
It is recommended that you contact Canon's Contact Center to speak with a Technical Support Representative for further assistance. There is NO charge for this call.
