ImageClass MFb42Cdw orange is printing red

Hi,

I haven't used my printer in months, and we just moved. I'm trying to print something with orange, and it's coming out red/pink. How long do the printer cartridges last? My machine says they are all full; what other things can I try to fix this issue? I have performed all the cleaning within the maintenance menu--fixing assembly, clean ITM, clean feeder. When I print a test page with colors, all the colors come out looking good. I've also tried using a pdf of the document I'm printing vs making a copy, and it makes no difference. TIA!

1. If possible provide a sample image of what is printing with the issue. You can try a copy from the glass and posting the original image and what is printing out. 
2. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
3. What model color toner cartridges do you have loaded in the printer?
