ImageClass MF634Cdw Paper Tray Error

I just installed a new Canon 045H cartridge.  At first, it worked but the colors on an image were very light - almost monotone. I played with some image settings, and now it won't print at all.  I keep getting "Load Paper/ 1 LTR/Plain 1 and "Waiting File Name: Microsoft Word - General.

I've tried restarting the computer and printer, removing and reinstalling the drivers, loading from the manual tray but nothing is working.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Quick update. There is no fix for this issue, and I had to return my printer with only 4,000 copies for a refurbished unit.  Kudos to Canon for the fast shipping of the replacement.
