ImageClass LBP612Cdw software

I bought an open-box LBP612cdw at Staples earlier this month.  This must have been the absolute last one in Staples inventory anywhere.  The user software DVD was missing from the box, and I have had no luck getting one from Canon or Staples.  Does anyone out there have a copy to sell me or loan?
