ImageCLASS MF654Cdw printing blank pages

I need help figuring out why my printer is only printing blank pages now. I have had it for a year with no problems at all. Once the black toner got to 40% you couldnt read anything on the pages printed out in any color at all. So i changed out the black toner a few days ago and now it just prints nothing. I tried all of the maintenance options for cleaning. So far nothing works. I did notice before i ever changed the toner that after i would print something or just turn on the printer, the display screen would say "Correcting......Wait a moment" and it would sometimes do this for a few minutes straight. Ive never used the scanner or the copier on the printer. The drivers say they are up to date. I have no clue what to do next.

Greetings,

It would be helpful to know what operating system, version and build you are using the printer with?

What is it connected to and how?  USB, wired, wireless, etc.

What drivers do you have installed.  If you are using Windows OS, are you able to print a test page?

I use Windows 11 Home version 23H2. OS build 22631.4602. On HP Laptop.

I have my printer connected wireless to my home router. I honestly don't know much about the drivers or where to even look to find out what is downloaded. When I ran the setup, I made everything to auto update. I've printed test pages.

Ensure the new toner is installed correctly, and all protective strips are removed.
Try a test page and reset the printer by unplugging it for a few minutes.
Check for firmware updates or hardware issues if the "Correcting...Wait a moment" persists—much like checking the philly supreme subway preis for accuracy before ordering.

I am having the same problem. The printer is 2 years old, has less than 200 pages printed and will only spit out blank pages...even the Windows test page is blank. The cartridges show black at 70% and the others at 30%. I run W11 and connect via USB. I also have the machine on my network, but don't use that as a print method...but it works to update the firmware.
