ImageCLASS MF634Cdw - "Canon Genuine" Mode

Does this specfic model printer not have the 'Canon Genuine Mode' setting? I can't seem to find it.

Please ensure you are logged in as a System Manager and not as a standard user.

Yes, turn OFF.  I login in with 754321, not sure if that's a regular user or a System Manager?  Thank you!!

You must log in as System Manager or you will not see the option.  You do this by selecting the Radio button System Manager.  

After log in, select Settings Registration > Management Settings > Device Management > Canon Genuine Mode.  Press the edit button to modify the setting.  Then save.

Hi Rick, thanks again!!  There's no Radio Button for System Manager. After I logged in I found a System Manager ID display and it showed me logged in as 'administrator', that's with logging in with 7654321. I don't see a 'Settings Registration' under any of the drop downs. 🤔
