I changed the department ID and Pin, and when I restarted the printer, it would not accept the department ID and pin. I seem to be locked out of the printer. I tried the default 7654321 for both boxes, but it doesn't authenticate. I tried online through the printer web page, still won't work. I can not get past the Department ID or the PIN. Anyone know how to reset this? Thank you

If you have locked yourself out of the printer's admin portal, you will need to contact Canon for reset assistance.
