The ImageRunner C5235 Advance printers we just purchased are disconnecting from our Ethernet LAN after a long idle period requiring a reboot of the printer. Once the printer reboots it shows up on the lan again. Is there a fix for this issue now?

If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area!
