Hi,
we have two iR C3080s and we have an issue where when users send jobs to the printers they get double-sided printing by default.
We don't need double-sided printing as it is not even allowed in our industry. So, we looking for a way to totally DISABLE double-sided printing at driver level on Windows.
Is there a way to do so?
I have attached a screenshot so whoever wants to help us can understand what we want to achieve.
