How remove eFax from list of Print options

My machine is ImageClass MF236n

I recently installed eFax because I wanted to test with it after I had a problem sending a regular fax.

Now that problem is fixed, and I uninstalled eFax, but it still appears on the options list for printing - in most contexts it is the first option and has to be changed for each document.    It's a great nuisance, but I cannot see how to take it out of the list.

Can you tell us where or what list this appears on?  A picture might be helpful.

Knowing the operating system you are using the printer with may also be helpful for those trying to assist.

I can take a screen print, but how do I put it into a Reply message ?
