I have windows 11 for office on my laptop. When I look for a manual online, I seem to get listings for all sorts of different manuals. I simply use the printer as a wireless printer in my office. I don't fax from it. I use word to type letters and would like to be able to attach an envelope to a letter and have it print. I thought I could do this by putting an envelope in the document feeder but when I click print I get a blinking red and if gives me the option to and won't do anything unless I press on a box that says Letter/Recycled 1. If I don't so that, nothing happens. If I do the letter and a letter size page with the envelope information on print out and the envelope I put in the document feeder just sits there. I tried putting an envelope in the drawer because the envelope prints first but that didn't work either. I tried calling Cano for help but was told the only support for this printer is on line. Any help would be be appreciated.
