I need to print 9x12 envelopes (in which to stuff 8.5x11 Annual Reports to snail-mail by post).
My Image Class MF654Cdw does not seem to have a drawer, feeder, or custom settings large enough to accept a 9x12 envelope. Help!
Is there a workaround, custom margins, or any other way to accomplish this?
Otherwise I will be stuck with hand-labeling hundreds of 9x12 envelopes, which defeats the purpose of our purchasing this printer.
Thanks for any help!!

Greetings,
The printer supports a maximum paper size of 8.5x14. A work around is to print labels and attach those to the envelopes.

The User manual for the printer states very clearly that the maximum size is 8.5x14. Why would you expect it to take a 9-inch wide envelope?

Is it possible to view the user guide online before purchasing a printer? I did not ask this question so maybe I should ask this myself to be sure of seeing a reply. Thanks~~

Greetings ,
You can view your product's support portal and view its specifications, download software and manuals, as well as view its online user guide depending on its age. A downloadable .PDF is usually available for older models. Newer models typically have both. PDF and online guide.
Start here:
https://www.usa.canon.com/support/software-and-drivers
Enter the model of your device. Then select your device. You will be directed to it's support portal. There you can click on the Technical Info or Specifications tab or look for Specifications tile.
You can also download software and utilities for your product as well as view or download user guides or manuals.
