Hello,
I have a document that is stuck in the Print Center queue - it says "Sending data to printer", but nothing happens. Canon imageclass D530 with an iMac running OS 14.6.1.
I've tried restarting both the printer and computer, and I tried updating the drivers for the printer but am not sure if I did this correctly.
Any ideas are appreciated! Thank you

Hello,
If a print job will not delete from your Mac, you can try resetting the Mac's printing system. You can click on the apple in the upper left-hand corner and then select system settings. From system settings, you can select the option for printers and scanners. In printers in scanners, you can right click on a blank portion of the printer list and then select the option to reset the printing system. Resetting the printing system would clear any printer connections and clear the queue of any jobs.
