I have two Canon printers (imageRUNNER1730i and imageRUNNER1133)that suddenly stopped sending emails connected to O365 using direct send.
Port 25 is open. The SMTP server is set correctly since nothing has been changed, and it is accessible. However, I keep getting error #806.
What could be the issue?
