DR-9080C Calibration

Do anyone know how to calibrate a DR-9080C?  I have looked all over the web and cannot find the instructions.  Thanks.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know the computer operating system you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x). Any other error messages or details you'd like to give will also help the Community better understand your issue.

Thanks for the quick reply.

The question is related to an after installation of a new upper reading unit.  The machines that we use will generally have either Win XP or Win 7.  There are no error messages, but when I scan there will be either a black or white image.

When images are all black or all white, it indicates that there is an issue with the connection of the reading unit.  We are unable to provide support for this issue through the forum.  We recommend that you call in and speak with a technical support representative.
