Having problem with scanning - error "Release lock switch." I have but still having problems.

I understand that this error is frustrating. Please release the lock switch again and press the "STOP" button. Next, power off the machine and unplug it from the wall for five minutes. After plugging the machine back in and powering it on, please scan a document.
