Computer does not detect scanner (MF 4800) but does detect printer

My computer (Windows 10) does not detect my wireles scanner (MF 4800) but does detect the wireless printer (they are a single physical device). However, my husband's and my son's computers can detect both just fine. How do I solve this problem?
