Color imageCLASS MF641Cw: Won't print two-sided

I cannot find where to set up my new Color imageCLASS MF641Cw so I can print two-sided.  It's not showing up under any of the settings, which doesn't make sense to me.  Can this printer print on both sides?
I'm also having issues with it automatically printing.  I have to select the paper source every single time I print something out.  Please help!  My MF731cdw was so easy to use.  This printer has been a huge hassle.  What am I missing?

According to the manual it doesn’t do two-sided printing.

Do you happen to know why I have to select which paper source every time I print instead of it choosing the drawer as a default?
