This may be a strange question to ask, but I remember something peculiar happening while I was printing images on this printer. It would print the image, then PULL the paper back in (similar to double sided printing), and then seemingly print again. I remember the images coming out better when this happened. Since then I believe I changed a setting and it stopped doing it. Image quality has dropped since doing this. I cant seem to find that feature, does anyone have any thoughts?

Hello Portal1181,
The printer has the ability to perform duplex prints, but that would not change the color/intensity. Depending on the print settings applied on the computer or copy screen, the quality will change. We would be happy to assist with the issue. To provide some feedback or some troubleshooting steps, we would need some additional information. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we can provide some assistance. For a more immediate resolution, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
