Close Front Cover Error - imageCLASS D1620

I currently have this unit with this continual error. Can't find any real info on this error or cause on the web. I can't be the only one with this issue.

I own an MF743CDW. It looks like there is a switch that is used to signal when the door is open or closed.

I don't know if the 1620 is similar or not.

A call to Canon Customer Support might yield some answers.
