Canon support no chat and location finder not working

I have a canon under warranty but how do I open a ticket?  The chat and service location doesn't work.

Chat is always unavailable even during the hours.

If you’re in the U.S. you can call 1-800-OK-CANON.

That's what I'm going to do.  I also emailed carecenter@cits.canon.com and I get no reply.
