Canon imageCLASS MF644Cdw prints have a moving spot every other print

The prints come out with a moving spot along every other printer and the spot changes location. The spot is located in the right side of the print and moves up and down, it looks whiteish on black and white prints and water marked on color prints. I already tried all the maintenance available on the device and made no difference. Picture for reference, the second set look shiny because they were laminated (Those were the clean prints from the badge).

The images look like there is an obstruction in the paper path or the printer needs service. In this situation, you can try removing the toner and check the paper path for any obstructions. After reseating the toner and checking the paper path, you can try cleaning the fixing assembly one more time to see if it clears the issue.
