Hello,
I have a Canon ImageCLASS D530 which over the past few months developed a strange-looking problem: the top few inches of prints look squished (I will try to attach a scanned image of one print if possible). I have a feeling that for whatever reason the paper is not moving at a proper speed when it is being taken into the printer, and that would make the image distored/squished like that. I opened it up to see what rollers I could clean, and only saw two: one long, black, thin one, that looked like it was covered in some type of spongy material and another narrow gray one in the middle which could not be turned around so I could only clean the top of that one.
Any ideas are appreciated.
