Canon iR1024iF Fax

Having an issue with this fax machine, it sends and receives to many diffrent numbers throughout the day.

There is one particular number it will not send or receive from 

I'm pretty sure it's not the fax at the other end as thats sedning to and receiving from other numbers fine.

Can anyone help?
